About the hotel

• Let present you a small cozy hotel which is located in the ecological district, on Pulkovo Heights, at the southern entrance to the city. The main feature of our hotel is democratic prices, food and convenient location - you can easily reach any famous suburb with wonderful palaces and parks; skiing lovers will definitely like Tuutari Park located within 20-minute ride from the hotel.
• The hotel boasts 40 rooms for up to 100 people. 35 rooms have bath-rooms equipped with all necessary appliances and personal hygiene products. For rest 5 rooms shower-tubes and toilets are shared and located at the same floor. Each room boasts TV-set and fridge, wardrobe, table, chairs, and bed or beds.
• Rooms vary by comfort level and services (AC, hairdryer, kettle, tableware). Elaborate interior, spacious rooms with modern furniture, TV-set and fridge.
• The hotel has autonomous heat and water supply, plastic antinoise windows - all these create an atmosphere of comfort.

Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food always attract guests.
